What Is GRI?
The average person looking to buy or sell a property may see acronyms after a real estate agent’s name, but are they important? The short answer is yes.
GRI is a designation for a realtor that has earned the highest professional designation by The Graduate Realtor Institute, which is the gold standard for realty education. Realtors with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Karen has received this accolade and continues to enhance her knowledge of the real estate industry as it evolves.
